Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times (U.S. only)

•  Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground): 4–8 business days

•  Expedited Shipping (UPS / FedEx): 2–5 business days (available at checkout)

•  Express / Priority options available for faster delivery

We currently ship to the continental United States only. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Free shipping is available on select orders (look for promotions on the site).

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track your package anytime through the link provided.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund. For lost packages, we’ll coordinate with the carrier.
